After 15 years at the boutique custom software firm Atomic Object, spanning roles in UX, delivery, business development, management, and leadership, I now have my own fractional consulting practice alongside two businesses I've built from the ground up.

Creating
My career roots are in interactive design, and I still bring a creative, human-centered design lens to everything I do. I love to create beautiful things, from handmade crafts and printed artifacts to elegant digital designs and organizational processes. I’m also the founder of Equisonic Productions, providing bespoke choreography and music production for dressage freestyle riders and Elysian Saddlery, a mobile saddle fitting and consignment service serving Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana.
My Perspective
I'm a generalist: I'm a business owner and leader, a creative designer, a coach, pragmatic to a fault, and I can sling some code in a pinch. I can't choose just one niche, and that's my superpower. I believe in implementing just enough process to be effective. I've consulted for hundreds of businesses from startups to Fortune 500 and everything in between, which means I've seen what works well, and what doesn't work at all, in a variety of settings.
